The dosing table, explained over the scale
Every Panacur C box prints the same table on its back panel, and it never changes, so it is worth learning to read once and properly. The organizing number is 50 mg of fenbendazole per kilogram of dog, per day — 22.7 mg per pound. Each packet size is that daily dose for a round-number dog: 1 gram of granules for 10 pounds, 2 for 20, 4 for 40.
The granules are 22.2% fenbendazole by weight, which is how 1 gram of product carries roughly 222 mg of drug — the daily requirement of a 10 lb dog with almost nothing to spare. The arithmetic is honest: there is no 'strong' or 'gentle' box, only the scale's number restated in grams.
For in-between and bigger dogs you combine packets rather than eyeball fractions. The full table is below; it is the same one printed on the label and repeated on every product card.
Two habits make the table foolproof. Weigh the dog the same week you dose — winter weight is real. And buy the combination you will actually stack, so day two does not become a hunt through the cupboard for the second box.
